Advantages of working for a French company

Its nice working for a French company sometimes. There are various fringe benefits, including discounts on French cars, and meeting stylish French ladies from the marketing department. It also means that you get invited over to your French colleague's house for authentic French cuisine (3 courses, no less).

The menu was Tuna tart with salad. Normally canned tuna isn't my favouritr but this had enough chilli and other spices to keep me interested. I found it amusing when Natasha was filling up on this, as clearly she had not seen the courses to come.

Main was cassoulet, with braised lentils, bacon and sausage, followed by the one thing the French truly excel at.. dessert!..which was homemade chocolate pudding with creme anglaise, which is actually a French creation which the mistakenly attributed to the English.

Sensational stuff..Viva la France!
