British Grand Prix

One of the perks of the job was that I got to attend the Friday practice session of the British Grand Prix at Silverstone on the 9th of June. I was lucky enough to get grandstand seats as well as a special car pass, which means that I didn't have to queue up for miles to get into the main car park via the A43 (Silverstone is notorious for its access problems).

Anyway, here are a few pics. This is from our Granstand at Beckett's.

Trackside at Maggot's, one of the greatest corners in the world. Watching the cars fly through here is an amazing experience.

Here we are at the end of the famous Hangar Straight.

Here is Mark Webber through Stowe at the end of the straight.
